Childcare and Protection Advisor

With nearly 20 years of experience working with children and families from diverse backgrounds, I'm committed to creating accessible, practical, and transformative support for childcare and protection.

About Me

My Journey

Specializing in early childhood education and child protection.

My career has been shaped by nearly 20 years of walking alongside children and families from diverse backgrounds, including those facing vulnerability, poverty, homelessness, and family separation. I've had the privilege of serving within structured institutions including government and UN agencies, experiences that have strengthened my professional growth and deepened my understanding of the complex realities children and caregivers face every day.

While the work has been fulfilling and rewarding, there were moments when I felt the limitations of existing systems. I questioned whether families were truly receiving the individualized, holistic, and human-centered support they deserved. Yet even in the most challenging moments, one thing remained constant: every child supported and every parent empowered renewed my sense of purpose.

What touched me most throughout my career was the privilege of building direct relationships with children and families. I learned to listen to their stories, understand their realities, and help create pathways toward hope and stability. These experiences inspired a vision beyond traditional intervention models—a vision of creating accessible, compassionate, practical, and transformative support for children and caregivers.

Today, I partner with childcare centers, organizations, and communities to strengthen child development, safeguarding, and family well-being through training, coaching, and mentorship. I bring a strong combination of field experience, academic training in early childhood education and social work, and a cross-cultural perspective to support parents, educators, and organizations in improving child outcomes.
